Ruben, Daan and Jaron and all started their hospitality careers in Hotel Nes. After attending Hotel School in Amsterdam, they continued to pursue their own paths. 

With a decade of hotel experience each, successfully operating & growing Hotel Nes, gaining international hotel expertise and developing a portfolio of hotels throughout Europe, they founded RJD Hotels.
We aim to optimize the operations and performance of independent boutique hotels.

With Jaron’s strong operational skills, Ruben's expertise in finance, Daans experience in hotel development and their combined passion for excellent hospitality, they are set to elevate independent boutique hotels.
